- 1 cup flour
- 6 3/4 tablespoons milk
- 1 egg
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 garlic clove chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ground black pepper to taste
- salt to taste
Directions

1Cook the green beans in boiling water for 4 to 5 minutes.

3Season the eggs with salt and pepper, and beat. Add the milk and olive oil, beating so that the ingredients are well mixed.

6Heat the oil in a frying pan, and pour in the mixture. Cook both sides until brown.
