  • 1 (1 lb. 6 oz.) can red raspberry or other favorite pie filling
  • 1/3 c. water
  • 1/2 pkg. white cake mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. flaked coconut
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1/2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Spread pie filling in bottom of 8-inch square pan.

    Combine cake mix, water and egg; beat well.

    Pour over pie filling. Sprinkle coconut and pecans on top.

    Drizzle melted butter over top.

    Bake in a 350° oven for 40 minutes.
