- 1 cup shredded cheddar & Montaray Jack Cheese

1Press a biscuit over the bottom and up the sides of greased muffin pan cup, use all ten biscuits.

2Fill center with BBQ beef. Sprinkle cheese on top.

3Bake as directed for biscuits or lightly brown
