Preheat grill to medium-high (about 400).

In a large bowl, toss tomatoes in Bonedust Seasoning and 2 tbsp olive oil.

Place tomatoes on grill, skin side down, and roast for 10 minutes, or until skins are charred and blistered.

Remove from grill and cool.

In a blender, combine fire-roasted tomatoes, vodka, Jack Daniel's, Clamato juice, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces, and horseradish.

Blend thoroughly; season with salt and pepper to taste.

Pour enough Bonedust Seasoning into a saucer to cover the surface.

Run a lime wedge around the rim of each of two large glasses and dip rims into Bonedust Seasoning.

Fill glasses with ice and pour blended mixture into glasses.

Garnish each with a skewered pepperoncini and a wedge of lime.
