- 1 cup kraft barbecue sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
- 2 lbs catfish fillets
- salt
- pepper
- paprika
- 1 large fresh corn husk
Directions

1Combine sauce, parsley and mustard, mix well.

2Sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings.

4Place each filet on corn husk, tie with string to secure.

5Broil fish 4-6 minutes on each side, or grill over low coals 4-6 minutes on each side.
