  • 1 cup kraft barbecue sauce
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon prepared mustard
  • 2 lbs catfish fillets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • paprika
  • 1 large fresh corn husk

Directions

    Combine sauce, parsley and mustard, mix well.

    Sprinkle both sides of fish with seasonings.

    Brush both sides with sauce mix.

    Place each filet on corn husk, tie with string to secure.

    Broil fish 4-6 minutes on each side, or grill over low coals 4-6 minutes on each side.
