  • 1 can (10.75 Oz. Can) Cream Of Chicken Soup
  • 1 jar (10 Oz. Jar) Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 jar (small Jar, About 4 Oz.) Chopped Pimentos
  • 13 cups White Wine (or Chicken Broth)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Dried Basil
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, Cubed
  • 1 package (10 Oz. Package) Chopped Spinach, Thawed And Drained
  • 2 cups Ricotta Cheese
  • 1/2 cups Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 whole Egg, Beaten
  • 1 package (9 Pieces) Lasagna Noodles (I Use The No Boil Ones)
  • 3 cups Grated Cheddar Cheese

Directions

    Mix soup, sauce, pimentos, wine and basil in a bowl.

    Add chicken.

    In another bowl, mix spinach, ricotta, parmesan, and egg.

    Put 3 noodles down in a pan.

    Add ricotta mixture, then top with soup mixture and some cheddar cheese.

    Repeat 2 more times

    Cook at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese and bake for 5 more minutes or so.
