Bean and Olive Salad

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
- 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
- 1 (6 ounce) can black olives
- 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, chopped
- 12 medium sweet onion
- 12 cup carrot, matchsticks
- 4 tablespoons white vinegar
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 12 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt
- black pepper
Directions

1Drain and rinse chick peas and kidney beans.

2Drain as much juice as you can out of the green chiles.

3Place all in a bowl with the drained black olives.

4Add chopped onions and carrots.

5Toss everything together.

6Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl or container.

7pour over salad and stir through.

8Chill for at least an hour.
