Bean and Olive Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can garbanzo beans
  • 1 (16 ounce) can kidney beans
  • 1 (6 ounce) can black olives
  • 1 (4 ounce) can green chili peppers, chopped
  • 12 medium sweet onion
  • 12 cup carrot, matchsticks
  • 4 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 12 teaspoon garlic salt
  • salt
  • black pepper

Directions

    Drain and rinse chick peas and kidney beans.

    Drain as much juice as you can out of the green chiles.

    Place all in a bowl with the drained black olives.

    Add chopped onions and carrots.

    Toss everything together.

    Mix all dressing ingredients in small bowl or container.

    pour over salad and stir through.

    Chill for at least an hour.
