Ingredients

  • 1 lb. cut bacon
  • 1 lb. ground chuck
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1/2 c. catsup
  • 2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp. mustard
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 can butter beans
  • 1 can baked beans

Directions

    Brown bacon until crisp.

    Drain on paper towel.

    Brown ground chuck.

    Rinse to drain off fat.

    Add onion and bacon.

    Cook until onion is tender.

    Mix brown sugar, catsup, vinegar and mustard. Add kidney beans, butter beans and baked beans.

    Mix together with bacon, onion and ground chuck.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
