- 3 c. cooked brown beans, drained just a little
- flour
- cooking oil
Directions

1Put beans in a large bowl.

2Stir in just enough flour to make beans slightly thick.

3Pour oil into skillet, just enough to cover bottom of skillet.

4Drop bean mixture into skillet by spoonfuls until you reach the desired amount for each patty.

5Cook over medium heat until both sides are brown.

6Add more oil as necessary.

7If desired, can add some chopped onions, green peppers and shredded cheese.
