- 2 (16 oz.) cans Van Camp's pork and beans
- 1 Tbsp. Mexican seasoning
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 6 flour tortillas
- 1 (10 to 12 oz.) jar taco sauce
- shredded lettuce
- chopped tomato
- black olive slices (optional)
Directions

1Combine first two ingredients; set aside.

2Spoon heaping 1/2 cup bean mixture and 1 tablespoon cheese onto center of each tortilla.

3Roll up tortillas to enclose filling.

4Place seam side down in 11 x 17-inch microwavable dish.

5Pour taco sauce evenly over burritos.

6Sprinkle with remaining cheese.

7Loosely cover dish.

8Microwave on High 10 to 12 minutes or until heated through. If desired, garnish with lettuce, tomato and black olives.
