Bean Casserole

  • 8 slices bacon, fried
  • 3 medium onions
  • 1/2 to 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 cans butter beans, drained
  • 1 can green beans, drained
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 large (28 oz.) can pork and beans (do not drain)

Directions

    Mix the first 6 ingredients.

    Cook for 20 minutes.

    Mix in beans in casserole.

    Crumble bacon over top.

    Bake for 1 hour at 350°.
