  • 2 (16 oz.) cans refried beans
  • 2 c. cheddar cheese, grated
  • 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1/2 c. green onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 c. taco sauce or salsa

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup each of the cheeses. Place in large casserole dish, sprinkle with reserved cheese and bake at 350° for 15-20 minutes or until hot and bubbly.
