- 2 cans red kidney beans or equivalent in cooked beans, drained
- 2 Tbsp. oil
- 2 tsp. cumin
- 1 tsp. coriander
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1/4 tsp. cloves
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper (optional)
Directions

1Fry spices in hot oil until cumin turns brown.

2Caution, it burns quickly.

3Dump beans in on top and cook at medium heat until slow boil.

4Mash beans, cook on low to desired consistency.

5(My taste runs about 3 minutes.)
