- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
- 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
- 2 tsp. lime juice
- 3 Tbsp. sweetened Chinese chili sauce
- 1/2 c. sliced green onions
- 16 oz. nonfat sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. fresh and chunky salsa, drained
- fresh parsley or cilantro
- baked tortilla chips
Directions

1Place drained beans in food processor and process until almost smooth.

2Add hot sauce and lime juice.

3Mix well.

4Spread bean mixture over bottom of large baking dish or platter.

5Spoon and spread chili sauce over beans.

6Sprinkle green onions over top. Cover mixture with sour cream, then salsa.

7Garnish with cilantro or parsley.

8Serve with baked tortilla chips.
