  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
  • 3 Tbsp. hot sauce
  • 2 tsp. lime juice
  • 3 Tbsp. sweetened Chinese chili sauce
  • 1/2 c. sliced green onions
  • 16 oz. nonfat sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. fresh and chunky salsa, drained
  • fresh parsley or cilantro
  • baked tortilla chips

Directions

    Place drained beans in food processor and process until almost smooth.

    Add hot sauce and lime juice.

    Mix well.

    Spread bean mixture over bottom of large baking dish or platter.

    Spoon and spread chili sauce over beans.

    Sprinkle green onions over top. Cover mixture with sour cream, then salsa.

    Garnish with cilantro or parsley.

    Serve with baked tortilla chips.
