- 1 cup dried lentils
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 2 tablespoons molasses
- 1 to 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 bacon slices, cooked and diced
- Vegetable cooking spray
Directions

1Bring first 3 ingredients to a boil in a Dutch oven. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes or until lentils are tender.

2Stir in brown sugar and next 4 ingredients. Spoon mixture into a 1-quart baking dish coated with cooking spray.

3Bake, uncovered, at 325°, stirring occasionally, for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
