Bean Salad

  • 1/2 cups Canola Oil
  • 1/8 cups Red Wine Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Honey
  • 1 Small White Onion
  • 1 can Grean Beans
  • 1 can Kidney Beans
  • 1 can Waxed Beans
  • 1 can White Navy Beans
  • 1 can Pinto Beans

Directions

    Whisk oil, red wine vinegar, mustard and honey together until it is emulsified.

    Add salt and pepper. Taste and add honey, vinegar or mustard according to your taste.

    Chop white onion and add to dressing.

    Drain all beans in a colander but do not rinse!

    Add beans to dressing. The longer it sits the better it tastes!

    Add fresh herbs if you wish.
