- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 tsp. marjoram
- 1 tsp. thyme

Directions

1Cover beans with water and soak overnight.

2Drain and rinse. In a large pot, cover beans with fresh water; add other ingredients, cover pot and cook 3 to 4 hours, until beans are done.

3Serve with cornbread.

4Remove bay leaves before serving.
