  • 4 stalks celery
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 2 grated carrots
  • 2 Tbsp. parsley
  • 2 lb. dried beans
  • 4 c. ham (with bone and juice)

    Soak beans in water overnight. Cover everything with water in large pot. Cook on top of stove for 6 hours on slow heat.
