  • 1 pkg. 15 beans, soaked in water overnight
  • 1 c. carrots
  • 1 can (recipe ready) chopped stewed tomatoes
  • 1 ham shank
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 c. celery
  • parsley flakes
  • pepper to taste

Directions

    Cook ham shank 1/2 hour; add rest of ingredients and cook for at least 3 hours on low heat.
