- 1 can (15 ounce.) white kidney beans (canellini), liquid removed and rinsed
- 1/4 c. Low-fat lowfat sour cream*, (I'll substitute non-fat)
- 3 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 1 x Cloves garlic, chopped, (up to 2)
- 1 Tbsp. Tahini*, (omit)
- 1/2 tsp Honey*, (omit if you are vegan)
- 1/4 tsp Each grnd coriander, salt and black pepper Wedges of pita

3Low fat, but really not low sufficient for this group, at least in the recipes they shared, but could be easily adapted I think.

5The following is something I'm going to try, adjusting for fatfree.

6Combine all ingredients in a blender or possibly food processor and process till smooth.

7Refrigeratefor at least 1 hour before serving.
