- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 can rotel tomatoes
- 3 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans red beans, drained
- cajun seasoning
- salt and pepper to taste
- cooked rice
Directions

1Saute onions and sausage in 2 Tbsp. oil; drain.
