  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard

  • 1 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Directions

    Mix all of the ingredients in a 2-quart saucepan and bring it to a boil.

    Simmer over medium heat for 15 to 20 minutes.
