- 1 c. granola
- 1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
- 1/2 c. almonds, chopped
- 1/2 c. raisins or semi-sweet chocolate pieces
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c. wheat germ, toasted
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- 1/2 c. honey
- 1/4 c. brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 c. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. milk
- 1/4 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Preheat oven to 325°.

2Place granola in a plastic bag and crush lightly with rolling pin.

3In a large bowl, combine granola, oats, almonds, raisins or chocolate pieces, flour, coconut and wheat germ.

4In another bowl, stir together the egg, honey, brown sugar, margarine and milk.

5Add to dry mixture, stirring until all ingredients are moistened.

6Spread mixture evenly in a greased 11 x 7 x 1 1/2-inch baking pan.

7Bake 36 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned.

8Cool pan on wire rack.

9Cut into bars.
