  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 16 oz. box elbow macaroni
  • 1 medium onion, peeled and diced
  • 2 (16 oz.) cans whole tomatoes, peeled
  • salt
  • pepper
  • ketchup

Directions

    Brown ground beef with diced onion.

    When done, drain grease. Boil macaroni.

    Chop tomatoes (not too fine).

    Add tomatoes to ground beef and onion and simmer on low heat.

    Add salt, pepper and ketchup to taste.

    Let simmer for about 10 minutes.

    Drain macaroni and place in a large bowl.

    Stir in beef and tomato mixture.

    Mix well and serve.
