  • 1 each pasta, elbow macaroni package, cooked, drained
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 1/2 pound beef ground, browned, drained
  • 1 x salt to taste
  • 1 x black pepper to taste
  • 1 each onions chopped
  • 2 each celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 each tomato paste can
  • 3/4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons sherry
  • 1 each soup, tomato can
  • 1 x cheddar cheese or parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1 teaspoon oregano

Directions

    Toss cooked noodles in oil.

    Place in greased crockpot.

    Add all remaining ingredients, except grated cheese.

    Stir thoroughly.

    Sprinkle cheese over top.

    Cover and cook on Low 4 to 8 hours or High 2 to 3 hours.
