  • 1 (8 oz.) cream cheese (at room temperature)
  • 1/4 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 1/4 tsp. horseradish
  • 2 bags chopped beef
  • 2 small chopped onions or less
  • 1 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic salt (powder or small amount of salt)

Directions

    Mix mayonnaise and cheese.

    Add all other ingredients, except meat and onions.

    Work into a paste, using mixer.

    Add meat and onions.

    Cover with tinfoil and chill for 2 hours.

    Roll in nuts.
