  • 1/2 c. chopped red pepper
  • 3 slices bacon
  • 2 c. cooked rice
  • La Choy soy sauce
  • 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
  • 1/4 c. chopped celery
  • 2 lb. shrimp, peeled and deveined
