  • 3 or 4 lb. beef
  • 1 (22 oz.) bottle catsup
  • 1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 2 small onions, sliced

Directions

    Cook sliced raw beef in sauce after browning the beef with onions or cook whole roast and onions in sauce.

    Shred after cooking.

    Cook at 325° for 1 to 2 hours or until meat easily shreds.
