  • 3 to 4 lb. beef roast
  • 1 1/2 c. beef broth
  • 1 bottle catsup
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp. vinegar
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. pickling spices
