Ingredients
- 3 lb. chuck roast
- 1 catsup bottle of water
- 1 scant Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 bottle catsup
- 1 stalk chopped celery
- salt and pepper to taste
- 3 large onions, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
Directions

1Place chuck roast in roasting pan and add all of the above ingredients.

2Bake at 350° for 3 hours.

3Add water, if necessary, to prevent scorching.

4After roast is finished and cooled, pull apart and shred with fingers.

5Remove fat, gristle and bone.

6(I usually double the recipe and freeze half of it for future use. The recipe feeds eight hungry guests.)
