  • 3 lb. boneless beef
  • 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. dry mustard
  • 2 Tbsp. white sugar
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 2 thin slices onion
  • 1 tsp. chili powder
  • 1/8 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1 can mushrooms
  • pinch of garlic
  • pinch of allspice

Directions

    Cook at 475° for 20 minutes.

    Turn down heat to 325° and cook 3 to 4 hours.

    You may want to thicken sauce a little.

    Shred meat. Serve over buns.
