  • 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 1/2 bottle Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. sugar
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cut meat from bones into large pieces.

    Add remaining ingredients and cook altogether, simmering for 3 1/2 to 4 hours or until meat shreds.
