  • 1/2 lb. extra-lean ground beef King Sooper's 1 lb For $3.99 thru 02/09
  • 1 can (15 oz.) black beans, rinsed, divided
  • 1 cup TACO BELL Thick & Chunky Salsa, divided
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Mexican Style 2% Milk Finely Shredded Four Cheese, divided
  • 2 large green onions, sliced
  • 8 corn tortillas (6 inch)
  • 1/4 cup BREAKSTONE'S Reduced Fat or KNUDSEN Light Sour Cream
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh cilantro

    Heat oven to 375 degrees F.

    Brown meat in large skillet; drain.

    Return meat to skillet.

    Add 1/2 cup beans, and 1/4 cup each salsa and cheese; mix well.

    Stir in onions.

    Place 4 tortillas in single layer on baking sheet sprayed with cooking spray; top with meat mixture and remaining tortillas.

    Cover with salsa, spreading to edges of tortillas.

    Bake 15 to 20 min.

    Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 2 to 3 min.
