- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits
- 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
- 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
Directions

1Brown meat well and drain off grease.

2Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

3Cut biscuits in halves lengthwise.

4Put meat in baking dish and cover the top with cut biscuits.

5Sprinkle grated cheese on top of biscuits.

6Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
