Beef Biscuit Casserole

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 (16 oz.) can pork and beans
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 (10 count) can refrigerator biscuits
  • 3/4 c. barbecue sauce
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 Tbsp. minced onion

Directions

    Brown meat well and drain off grease.

    Add remaining ingredients and mix well.

    Cut biscuits in halves lengthwise.

    Put meat in baking dish and cover the top with cut biscuits.

    Sprinkle grated cheese on top of biscuits.

    Bake at 375° for 30 minutes. Serves 6.
