  • 1/4 lb. salt
  • 1/2 lb. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 oz. saltpetre
  • 1 1/2 oz. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke (if desired)

Directions

    Mix the seasoning together, then add to ground beef and mix thoroughly.
