- 1 large brisket (not corned beef)
- Kitchen Bouquet
- Liquid Smoke
- celery salt
- garlic salt
- Lawry's seasoned salt
- pepper
- barbecue sauce (optional)
Directions

1Trim all fat off brisket.

2Cover 1 side with Kitchen Bouquet; rub in evenly.

3Add small amount of Liquid Smoke; rub it in evenly. Sprinkle with celery salt, garlic salt, seasoned salt and pepper. Repeat on other side.

4Seal tightly in aluminum foil and place in baking dish.

5Cook at 225° for 6 to 8 hours.

6Let cool.

7Cut with electric knife across the grain.

8Arrange in baking dish.

9Add lightly, barbecue sauce, and bake on low heat 10 to 20 minutes until warm.

10Serve hot.

11Leftovers make great sandwiches.
