  • Lawry's seasoned salt
  • sliced onion

Directions

    Sprinkle beef brisket with Lawry's seasoned salt on both sides. Place in casserole dish with cover and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    If dry, add water.

    Slice onion on top of beef; use a whole big onion. Cover and bake 1 1/2 to 2 hours more.

    Remove from oven and let set in juices in refrigerator overnight.
