  • 1 brisket (3 to 4 lb.)
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1/2 c. Wish-Bone Italian dressing
  • 4 oz. can mushrooms (with juice)
  • 1 can beef gravy (10 1/4 oz.)

Directions

    Mix last 5 ingredients together.

    Wrap brisket in foil after pouring on ingredients.

    Bake 1 hour per pound at 300°.

    Cool and slice cold across the grain.

    Heat gravy and pour over sliced meat.

    Heat in oven about 30 minutes, until hot.
