- 4 large eggs
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 2 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1 pkg. Pillsbury Grands crescent rolls
- 1 c. diced green onion
Directions

1In large bowl, beat together eggs and cream cheese until blended (will be slightly lumpy).

2Stir in bacon, onions and shredded cheese.

3Put in refrigerator until ready to use.

4In a 10-inch pie plate, layer the crescent rolls so the entire plate is covered.

5Pour in egg mixture.

6Bake at 375° until set to desired consistency.

7Will serve 6 to 8, depending on how large you slice it!
