- 2 Tbsp. liquid smoke
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. celery salt
- 2 tsp. pepper
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 tsp. onion salt
- 4 lb. beef brisket
Directions

1Place liquid smoke, soy sauce, pepper, celery salt, Worcestershire sauce, salt and garlic and onion salts in covered jar; shake until well mixed.

2Line a 9 x 13-inch baking pan with large piece of heavy foil.

3Place brisket, fat side up, in foil-lined pan.

4Pour soy sauce mixture over brisket.

5Fold foil over brisket; seal.

6Refrigerate overnight.

7Bake at 300° for 5 hours.

8Yields 12 servings.
