- red wine to cover
- flour to make gravy
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 can small white cooked onions
- 1 can sliced mushrooms
Directions

1Place brisket in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Pour red wine over it and onion, sliced.

3Cook about 6 to 7 hours at 300°, covered, until tender.
