  • 1 1/2 c. dry macaroni
  • 8 oz. bag shredded Cheddar
  • 4 oz. shredded Mozzarella
  • 3 Tbsp. real butter
  • milk (whole)
  • 1/4 tsp. salt

Directions

    Cook macaroni until tender.

    Drain off water.

    Set aside 2 ounces Cheddar cheese.

    Add rest of cheeses, butter and salt and stir until melted.

    Put into greased 2-quart casserole.

    Cover with milk.

    Top with 2 ounces Cheddar.

    Bake at 350° on top shelf for 45 minutes.
