  • 1 lb boneless beef sirloin or 1 lb top round steak, 3/4 thick
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed tomato soup
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 4 cups rice, cooked
  • 2 cups broccoli florets

    SLICE beef into very thin strips.

    In skillet over medium-high heat, heat oil.

    Add beef and stir-fry until browned and juices evaporate.

    ADD soup, soy sauce, vinegar, garlic powder and pepper to taste.

    Heat to a boil.

    Reduce heat to medium.

    Add broccoli and cook until tender-crisp, stirring occasionally.

    Serve over rice.
