Beef Burgers With Fried Egg

  • 8 slices bacon
  • 4 None hamburger patties
  • 4 None eggs
  • 4 None burger buns, split
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise, plus additional, to serve
  • None None Lettuce leaves
  • 4 slices cheese
  • 2 medium tomatoes, sliced

Directions

    Heat a large skillet on medium-high heat. Cook bacon 3-4 mins each side, until crispy. Drain on paper towels.

    Cook patties in same pan 4-5 mins each side, until browned and cooked through. Set aside.

    Wipe pan clean. Spray with no stick cooking spray. Crack eggs into pan on medium heat. Cook 1 min, until almost set. Turn; cook further 30 seconds. Remove from pan.

    Spread buns with mayonnaise. Top with lettuce, burger, cheese, tomato, bacon and egg. Serve with additional mayonnaise.
