- 2 lb. sirloin steak
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 can beef broth
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 large can mushrooms
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- 2 cans onions
- 2 Tbsp. parsley
Directions

1Cut steak into large cubes.

2Melt the butter in a Dutch oven. When sizzling, brown the meat.

3Add the remaining ingredients and bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer 1 hour, covered.

5For the last 15 minutes, uncover and stir several times.

6If juice is too thin, increase heat so that excess moisture evaporates.

7Remove bay leaf and serve over noodles or rice.
