- 1 Tbsp. parsley
- 1 medium clove garlic, mashed
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 c. margarine
- 1 c. onion, chopped
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms
- 1 c. Burgundy (wine)
Directions

1Coat meat with flour and brown meat.

2Add all of the ingredients and 1/2 cup water.

3Simmer 2 hours.
