  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. beef cubes
  • 1/4 c. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. parsley
  • 1 medium clove garlic, mashed
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1/4 c. margarine
  • 1 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 (6 oz.) cans mushrooms
  • 1 c. Burgundy (wine)

Directions

    Coat meat with flour and brown meat.

    Add all of the ingredients and 1/2 cup water.

    Simmer 2 hours.
