- 5 lb. lean stew beef, cubed
- 2 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
- 2 medium onions, diced
Directions

1Flour meat and brown in butter.

2Remove and put in baking dish.

3Saute sliced mushrooms and onion; add to meat.

4Cover with a mixture of 3 cups Burgundy and 2 cups beef bouillon (cubes). Stir, cover and bake at 300° for 2 to 3 hours.
