  • 5 lb. lean stew beef, cubed
  • 2 1/2 lb. mushrooms, sliced
  • 2 medium onions, diced

Directions

    Flour meat and brown in butter.

    Remove and put in baking dish.

    Saute sliced mushrooms and onion; add to meat.

    Cover with a mixture of 3 cups Burgundy and 2 cups beef bouillon (cubes). Stir, cover and bake at 300° for 2 to 3 hours.
