  • 2 lb. beef, cut in 1-inch cubes
  • 1 can or 1 c. Burgundy wine
  • 1 pkg. onion soup mix
  • 1 can mushrooms, chopped fine (optional)
  • 1 carrot, chopped fine (optional)

Directions
