- 2 lb. cubed beef stew meat
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope dry onion soup mix
- 1 c. Burgundy wine
- 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained (optional)
- 1 lb. wide egg noodles
Directions

1In Dutch oven, add meat, soup, dry soup mix, wine and mushrooms.

2Cover and bake at 350° for 3 or 4 hours.

3Cook noodles and drain.

4Pour beef mixture over noodles.

5Serves 6 to 8.
