- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 12 cups salsa (chunky)
- 4 ounces neufchatel cheese
- 12 teaspoon salt
- 12 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 12 cups cilantro (fresh)
- 6 tortillas (large)
Directions

1Brown ground beef and drain off any excess fat.

2Season with 1/2 teaspoon salt and 1/2 tsp black pepper and 1 teaspoons of ground cumin.

3Add 1 1/2 cups chuncky salsa.

4I prefer Pace Medium.

5Stir together and add 4 oz (1/2 bar) Neufchatel Cream Cheese.

6Stir until melted in and reduce over low heat until thick and creamy.

7Place about 1/3 cup burrito mixture onto a warmed flour tortilla.

8Top with fresh chopped cilantro.

9Fold in bottom then sides, rolling into a tight pouch;leaving an opening at the top.

10Makes 6 good sized burritos.
